Product took weeks to arrive and only part of order was received therefore unable to try out successfully. I’ve emailed over a week ago to chase remaining product from original order and no response. Very poor customer service.

I wanted to give this a better rating but I gave it 3 stars. I found it to be very like almost dust like. I should’ve ordered the next shade darker. Nice company, it just wasn’t for me.
Despite being sceptical about the claims being made about KeraFibre’s hair thickening shampoo and conditioner, I nevertheless took the decision to give it a try.
Having now used these products as part of my hair thickening programme for almost a year, I can honestly say it’s the best shampoo and conditioner I have used to achieve my desired results. My hair now looks, and feels much stronger and thicker and I have no doubt it’s down to KeraFiber’s hair thickening shampoo and conditioner.
